Gabriela Mugnol is an Associate at GEF Capital Partners. She is based in São Paulo, where she is responsible for developing and integrating ESG and impact throughout the investment cycle, identifying risks, and guiding portfolio companies in ESG transformation.
Prior to joining GEF Capital Partners, Ms. Mugnol worked at Santander, where she joined in 2021 through the Trainee Program in the Wealth Management. In her last role, she was responsible for alternative investment products and ESG for the private banking segment. Before joining Santander, she worked at Nint (former Sitawi), one of Latin America’s largest ESG consultancies, as a Sustainable Finance Analyst.
Ms. Mugnol holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), specializing in Sanitation and Environment.
