Marta De La Cruz is Vice President of Operations at GEF Capital Partners, established from a collaborative spinout from Global Environment Fund in 2018. Ms. De La Cruz is based in Washington, D.C. and joined the firm in 2023.
Ms. De La Cruz is responsible for oversight and support of operational matters related to finance and investor relations. She brings extensive fund-level operations experience from her tenure at Global Environment Fund, which she joined in 2011.
Prior to working at Global Environment Fund, Ms. De La Cruz held executive support roles at Evolution Markets Inc., PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bernard Baruch College – Zicklin School of Business, and is proficient in English and Polish.
