Radha Badani is an Operating Partner at GEF Capital Partners. She is based in Boston, MA and joined GEF Capital Partners in January 2024. Ms. Badani works with GEF Capital’s portfolio companies to drive accelerated growth through go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives.
Ms. Badani brings over 20 years of marketing expertise to GEF Capital, having managed flagship and new-to-market brands at the Clorox Company, led strategy and global insights at New Balance, and developed brand and marketing strategies for a variety of growth companies while a Partner and consultant at Chameleon Collective. Prior to launching her career in marketing, she worked as an Analyst in investing banking and private equity placements at JP Morgan.
Ms. Badani holds a B.S. in Finance & Marketing and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
