Shubhankar Peshin is an Associate at GEF Capital Partners. He is based in Washington, D.C. and joined GEF Capital Partners in August 2026. Shubhankar is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and monitoring investments in North America.
Prior to joining GEF Capital, Shubhankar was an M&A Senior Manager at BradyPLUS, a Warburg Pincus and Kelso-backed distribution platform. His prior experience also includes serving as a Strategic Investments Associate at Principal Mineral, where he supported the development of a sustainable and resilient critical metals and minerals processing platform serving the energy and defense supply chains, and as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Guggenheim Securities. Shubhankar began his career as a Strategy & Management Consultant at Accenture Strategy, where his work focused on industrial decarbonization, U.S. electric vehicle transition strategies for global automotive OEMs, and circular economy initiatives.
Shubhankar received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, with a specialization in Sustainable Energy.
